Information for referring veterinary practices

• We advise initial contact with Paul prior to referral by your practice.  All referrals are dealt with through our Kendal site with appointments available on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays

• Please ensure all relevant clinical details are sent to the practice or accompany the client

• Paul welcomes follow up and progress reports from the referring practice and would be glad to offer telephone advise on case management.

Information for Clients

• Unless told otherwise, please do not feed your pet after 7pm the night before your consultation, but make sure water is always available.

• Cost of investigation and treatment vary depending on individal cases.  Fees are payable at the time on consultation or on collection after a procedure.  We accept all major credit cards.

• If you pet is insured, please remember to bring a claim form and insurance details with you.
